- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Free forever for 10 watched companies. Card only when you upgrade to Basic or Pro.
- What counts as a "watched company"?
- Any company from the curated pool you add to your workspace watchlist. Watched brands get scheduled first in the crawl queue, and their fresh detections show up on your dashboard.
- How often do you crawl?
- We re-crawl the pool on a rolling schedule. Watched companies bubble to the front. Every detection card shows exactly when we caught it — you don't have to trust a cadence claim.
- What is a "test plan" (idea generation)?
- Paste any URL — ours or someone else's — and we return a ranked backlog of A/B tests grounded in real detections from similar surfaces. Free gets 1 per month, Basic 50, Pro 100.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the customer portal (linked from Settings → Billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; nothing you added is deleted.
- How is Basic different from Pro?
- Basic: live feed, 250 watchable brands, 5 tracked sites, 50 test plans/month, 5 seats. Pro: live feed, full 1,000+ pool, 20 tracked sites, 100 plans/month, 10 seats + $15/extra seat.
